Description
This collection began in 1790 with plants from spanish colonies of Philippines and America. Nowadays, it is integrated by 2000-3000 species from tropics and subtropics of all the World (specially, palms, trees, shurbs and succulent plants).Overall information
Strengths
1- Collaboration in the study of new plants of ornamental interest developped by the Department of Ornamental plants of ICIA, 2- Increase of collections for exhibition.
